Each account can only leave one review per product — submitting again edits your existing review instead of adding a second one, so a single account can't stack fake reviews to inflate a rating. Reviewers also get a "Trusted Reviewer" badge computed from their real history (how many reviews they've written and the ratio of helpful votes they've received), not a made-up number. Anyone can report a review, and reports go to an admin queue for review.
